These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by sharpshave.co. It is imperative that you understand and accept all provisions contained herein prior to utilizing our platform or making any purchases. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, we advise against using our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates or changes.

  1. WHO WE ARE

Sharp Shave is operated from Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. You can reach us at orders@sharpshave.co.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Sharp Shave. “You” means you, the person using the site or buying from it.

  1. USING THIS SITE

You must be at least 18 years old to order from us.

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain access to parts of it you aren’t authorized to use.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We make one product: the Sharp Shave Magnetic Razor Holder.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.

We try to describe and photograph the product accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and because each unit is made in small batches, there may be slight variation between units. These differences are normal and are not defects.

Stock is limited. We may limit the quantity available to any one customer.

  1. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, not when you click the button, and not when you receive the automatic order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after you’ve received confirmation, for reasons including: the item is out of stock, the price or description was listed in error, we can’t verify the payment or shipping information, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we refund it in full.

If you spot a mistake in your order, email us immediately. We ship fast, and once a label is printed we treat it as a return instead.

  1. PAYMENT

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.

  1. SHIPPING

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, not promises from us, and we aren’t responsible for carrier delays.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.

  1. RETURNS

Our Refund & Returns Policy is part of these terms. Please read it.

  1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION — PLEASE READ

This product contains a strong neodymium magnet. Magnets of this strength are not toys, and misuse can cause serious injury. By buying and using Sharp Shave, you confirm you have read and understand the following:

CHILDREN. Keep the product and its magnet away from children. If swallowed, magnets can attract each other through intestinal walls and cause blockages, perforation, infection or death. Swallowed magnets are a medical emergency. Seek immediate medical attention — do not wait for symptoms.

MEDICAL DEVICES. Strong magnets can interfere with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, insulin pumps and other medical devices. Keep the product well away from anyone with an implanted device, and consult a doctor before use if this applies to you or anyone in your household.

PINCHING. The magnet snaps to steel with real force. Keep fingers clear when bringing metal objects near it.

ELECTRONICS AND CARDS. Keep away from phones, laptops, hard drives, hearing aids, watches, credit cards, hotel keys and anything else with a magnetic stripe or sensitive electronics.

BLADES. The product holds a razor. Razor blades are sharp. Handle with the same care you’d use anywhere else in your bathroom.

MOUNTING. Follow the included instructions. Mount only on a clean, dry, smooth surface. Check that the adhesive plate is secure before relying on it. We aren’t responsible for damage to walls, tile, paint or fixtures from installation or removal.

You accept the risks described above and agree to use the product responsibly and keep it out of reach of children.

  1. WARRANTY

We warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for 90 days from delivery. If it fails in that window, email us and we’ll replace it or refund you.

This warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, modification, commercial use, dropping, or wear from normal use over time.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some states don’t allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE’VE BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

  1. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you post a review or send us photos, comments or suggestions, you give us permission to use that content to promote the product, including on this site and on social media, without payment to you.

Please only post reviews based on your own honest experience. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

  1. OUR CONTENT

The Sharp Shave name, logo, product design, photographs and site content belong to us. Don’t copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

  1. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that governs that order. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will change.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction over you.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Our failure to enforce any part of these terms isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.

These terms, plus our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the product and this site.
